Simplicity

All too often businesses make things too difficult by over thinking them and making things more complicated than necessary.  A Management System Standard like AS 9100 is often misunderstood as a requirement.  Rather than being sets of rules, these standards are sets of principles.  A principle can be implemented in many different ways.  We strive to find the simplest approach keeping the efficient operation of your business as the primary goal.

Value Added

If something does not add value to your business, don't do it.  It's just that simple.  We should never do paperwork for the sake of having a piece of paper.  If the record has no value, don't create it.  If the procedure or instruction has no value, don't write it.  Management System Standards like ISO 9001 have received a bad reputation because people believe that it requires these things.  Businesses that create busy work documentation because of the Standard are making POOP, a Painful Overkill Of Paperwork.  A system that is full of POOP is not value added.

Real World Philosophy

We are "hands on" people.  We are out there in the trenches with you.  We recognize that many of the consultants and registrars live in a bubble and think that if looks good on paper it has to work.  They do not consider the long term costs.  On the other hand, we do know what works in the real world and only implement things that work.

Customer Savvy

We do not just consider what it takes to pass the registration audit.  It takes surprisingly little to do that.  We consider your customers and what they would prefer to see in a management system.  Too many ISO registered companies are still producing junk and work in an unprofessional manner.  This happens because they just want to meet the minimum requirement.  We also emphasize simplicity but we temper it with common sense.  In some areas, especially those related to ensuring product quality, the minimum is not enough.  It's not enough for your customer and should not be enough for you.  We receive many calls from businesses that have been ISO registered for years and then fail a customer audit.  That just doesn't happen to clients that take our advice.  We guarantee it!

 Affordability
